Le dispositif Pass Culture a été créé par le gouvernement au bénéfice des jeunes de 18 ans.
Expérimenté dans cinq puis quatorze départements, sous l’égide du ministère de la culture, celui-ci a été étendu, depuis le 20 mai, à l’ensemble du territoire.
L’inscription des jeunes dans l’année de leurs 18 ans leur permet de bénéficier d’un crédit de 300 € utilisable durant 24 mois pour réserver dans des lieux culturels (concerts, théâtres, musées, médiathèques…), effectuer des achats (livres, BD, disques) et/ou s’abonner à des cours de musique ou à des offres numériques.
Une plateforme de services dédiée facilite leur accès à la culture et favorise leur autonomie.
Le téléchargement de l’application et l’inscription – gratuites – se font sur le site https://pass.culture.fr.
